What age is suitable for children to start classes at your center?
Children as young as 6 years old can begin learning at our center.
Do I need any prior martial arts experience to join?
No prior experience is required to join our classes. We cater to all skill levels.
What should I wear for my first class?
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for movement-bring a water bottle too!
Can I wear a uniform or gi from another club
Absolutely! We stock both regular and competition judogis (uniforms), but we welcome what you already have!
How often do you recommend attending classes to see progress?
We recommend attending classes at least twice a week to see consistent progress, but you decide what is best for your schedule.
Are there any health benefits associated with practicing Judo
Yes Judo improves physical health like flexibility, strength, and cardio. It also enhances mental health such as reducing stress, improving focus, and boosting self-confidence
Can I observe a class before deciding to enroll?
Yes, we encourage you to observe a class first. Just let us know in advance and well arrange it.
